Visions of A Shrine

Visions of The Southwest

The Southwest has a unique combination of history, people, culture, and landscape that can leave lasting impressions. Visions of The Southwest is a series of one-of-a-kind furniture that is a collaborative work of furniture-maker Greg Snyder and artist Paula Snyder. Each piece embodies an interpretation of areas in the Southwest and is an original work in design, art, and color and will not be duplicated. Finished to reflect a patina from years of wear the furniture is constructed to provide many years of use.

Visions of A Shrine

Catholic beliefs are woven into the culture of the people of the Southwest.  Guadalupe is a centerpiece of their faith and shrines representing her can be found next to roads, in yards, and on top of a hill.  This cabinet is designed to be a functional shrine.
