Business Policies and Procedures

Payment Information: Purchases are processed through Paypal, a widely used company that provides safe and secure bank card and echeck proceesing. Their largest customer is eBay. You do not have to be a member to use Paypal.

Shipping: Standard shipping is included in the purchase price. Items are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Overnight and three-day shipping is available and will be added to the purchase price. All items are shipped insured to the cost of the work. If you prefer expedited shipping email us in advance of your purchase and let us know. Be sure and give us the name and/or item number you plan to purchase. We will email you back with a new price to include the cost of quicker shipping.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 10 days after you receive the item. Return shipping cost, and mandatory insurance for the value of the returned item are at the expense of the customer. Returns must be shipped in the orginal box and packing material to insure a safe return.

Refunds: Refunds will be proceesed through Paypal immediately after we receive the returned item.
